- Response management
Our dedicated team of recruitment specialists in Riyadh can manage all the responses to adverts by email, phone (English or Arabic) or social media. We will prescreen all candidates by telephone and select a long list of suitable candidates based on the criteria agreed with you during the briefing stage of our assignment. If you prefer National Talent can then invite the best candidates in for open days / assessment centers, or face to face interviews to further refine the list of suitable jobseekers. We can then present a short list of preferred candidates to you following this in-depth two or three stage selection process.
- Assessment center provision
National Talent has over twenty years of experience managing Assessment Centers for clients internationally. We are skilled project managers that can understand your selection criteria and not only design an assessment center solution that matches your needs, but operationally deliver the end-to-end process too.
A dedicated Project Manager will work with your HR team to develop a half day, one day or two day programme. Depending on the volume of expected applicants we will utilize our in-house team of qualified interviewers to deliver the plan under the direction and oversight of the National Talent Project Manager. All materials, interviewers, conference rooms/meeting spaces, advertising and associated costs will be packaged into a one-off fee and National Talent will deliver the entire programme to this agreed budget.
