  • You will receive personalized and targeted job search support from a dedicated consultant
  • You will be represented by National Talent in a professional and productive manner to find the most suitable role for you
  • We will always remain impartial when negotiating job offers on behalf of our clients
  • You will be treated as an individual

What we expect in return:

  • You will keep your consultant up to date on any key developments including but not limited to qualifications, skills, personal circumstance e.g. location and availability
  • You will provide honest and accurate information relating to your competence, capability, previous work history and preferred areas of opportunity
  • You will maintain regular contact with your consultant and respond to all communication in a timely manner
  • You will treat our team with respect, honesty, integrity and professionalism at all times
  • You will work with us to ensure we are continuously improving our service and customer journey through constructive feedback
  • You will attend all appointments with both your consultant and employers as mutually agreed or update us at the earliest possibility if you are unable to do so
