Once we have developed a long list of suitable candidates our Recruitment Specialists will pre-screen each one to match them to your vacancies. If they are successful they will be invited in for a consultant interview and psychometric profiling assessment.
- Profiling assessment
Each candidate invited to a consultant interview will be required to sit a unique psychometric assessment designed to understand the behaviour, attitude and personality of the applicant. This forty minute multiple choice test (in Arabic and English) gives our consultants additional probing questions to add to their interview script and produces individualized reports on each candidate which clearly details if a person is the right fit for your management style, will operate well within your particular environment and displays the characteristics you need as a future employee entrusted to work for your business.
- Consultant interview
Using a structured competency based method, the results of the profiling assessment and additional questions relevant to both your vacancy and the sector you operate in; the consultant will interview each candidate for at least one hour. Based on this in-depth evaluation the consultant will then prepare a relevant shortlist of the best candidates for your vacancy.
- Presenting the shortlist for interview
Each National Talent candidate that has passed the consultant interview stage will be recommended to you as a potential match for your vacancy. All candidate details are formatted into a standard National Talent CV and are submitted along with consultant interview notes and a copy of our unique psychometric assessment report.
