  • Q.Are there limitations on the number of roles or campaigns National Talent can provide?
    A.

    No. Our Consultants will work alongside you whatever the size of your resourcing campaign. They’ll then design a tailored resourcing package that best meets your timescales, budget and need. We won’t compromise on quality so we’ll be 100% transparent with you every step of the way.

  • Q.Will I receive candidate details of expatriates?
    A.

    No. We specialize in sourcing and placing highly skilled Saudi Nationals, whose skills and suitability to both your role and organization guaranteeing the best possible resourcing solution for all our clients.

  • Q.How do I communicate an offer to a candidate?
    A.

    We’ll manage that whole process for you. We’ll conduct a summary review with the recruiting manager post-interview to understand the successes of each campaign including addressing any administrative improvements you’d like to make for future resourcing needs. Our Consultants will then work with both the employer and successful candidate to facilitate an agreed offer including start dates, terms and conditions and logistics.

  • Q.What information will I receive on the applicant prior to an interview?
    A.

    For each National Talent candidate, we’ll send you a full applicant pack prior to interview which will include the results of our in-house psychometric profiling assessment, summary of the verbal interview with a National Talent Consultant and a standardized CV so you can pinpoint key capabilities and competencies at a glance.

  • Q.Do you pre-screen or shortlist candidates before sending them to an interview?
    A.

    Yes. All candidates must successfully complete our in-house, unique pre-screening process before they’re placed in front of any employer. This will involve as a minimum; standardized CV, verbal interview and psychometric profiling assessment to fully understand the candidate’s skills, competency, capability, attitude, behaviour and personality. We’ll then match these to your requirements to ensure the best fit for your organization.

  • Q.Will my company have to pay if we don’t hire a candidate from National Talent?
    A.

    No. We’re so confident that we can find the right candidate for you that we operate on a “no hire, no fee”basis. Our fee is chargeable only on the start date of each successful candidate. If you have large scale, regular recruitment need, we can also work with you to design bespoke service packages that remove the headache of search and selection, with National Talent managing the process end to end.   • Q.Will National Talent manage my resignation from my current employer?
    A.

    No. You will need to manage your exit from your current employer prior to joining a new one. We’ll make sure we understand what those timescales look like and inform the new employer to arrange a convenient start date when you’ve been successfully placed but you will need to administer the exit process e.g. submitting a resignation and determining a leave date as per the terms and conditions of your employment. You should ensure that your National Talent consultant is aware of all the relevant information so not to jeopardize what could be the role of a lifetime.

  • Q.Do I have to pay to register with National Talent?
    A.

    No. There are no sign up fees to join and the cost of successfully placing you in a suitable role is covered by the employer. All our candidates are thoroughly assessed and profiled prior to enrollment in our database; this ensures we only work with applicants we’re confident we can place in role.

  • Q.If I’m shortlisted and have had an interview for a job via National Talent, who do I contact for an update?
    A.

    Your dedicated consultant will manage the whole process for you from start to finish so you’ll have all the latest information, as and when it comes in. We’ll manage the relationship with any employer and ensure you have all the paperwork and information you need on your journey up the career ladder.

  • Q.I have a CV but I haven’t updated it in a while, does that matter?
    A.

    It’s really important that we and our employers understand all your skills and capabilities and that all your experience is kept up to date. We’ll work with you right from the start to standardize your CV and maximize your appeal to potential new employers.

  • Q.I’m unable to read or write in English, will I still be able to complete the profiling assessment to be considered for vacancies?
    A.

    Our unique assessment tool is designed to support both the candidate and the employer to find the right job or candidate every time so it’s important that each application completes one. For this reason, it can be provided and completed in English or Arabic and takes approximately 40 minutes to complete.

  • Q.What is a profiling assessment?
    A.

    This is a multiple choice questionnaire focused on gaining a better understanding of your behaviour, attitudes and personality. These categories are all vital in ensuring we suit you to an employer, industry and environment that helps you flourish professionally. There are no right or wrong answers as we’re all unique. Your dedicated National Talent Consultant will answer any questions prior to completing the questionnaire and the final report will provide an invaluable insight into your strengths and preferences which we’ll share and talk you through upon completion.

  • Q.Do I need to come into the office to meet with the consultants at National Talent?
    A.

    We aim to provide a unique service to all our clients which involves a friendly and personal service, the best way to do this is to meet in person. We appreciate this isn’t always possible and we’ll aim to maximize other routes of communication e.g. Skype wherever possible, however our main priority is to ensure we maintain high levels of customer service and our commitment to our clients.

  • Q.If I’m unsuccessful in a job application or interview will I receive feedback?
    A.

    We’ll continue to work with the employer even if you’re unsuccessful and provide individual feedback to ensure you’re constantly improving and ready for the next role.

  • Q.Can I apply if I’m not a Saudi National?
    A.

    National Talent resourcing service is provided by Saudi Nationals for Saudi Nationals; your eligibility for these criteria will be assessed and verified on application.

  • Q.What qualifications are needed?
    A.

    This is dependent upon the position you apply for and the criterion on the job specification. Your existing qualification level will be assessed in addition to your experience and we’ll offer any advice and guidance we can to help you improve on this where necessary.

  • Q.My CV is great but I’m not very good in an interview, how can I improve?
    A.

    Our consultants are trained to provide professional advice and guidance in all aspects of any recruitment process. We work closely with all our employers to understand their needs and we’ll never set any of our candidates up to fail. We’ll work with you to ensure you’re prepared and ready to succeed.
