Process

Step #1 Apply for a job

– Candidate applies through our job adverts online or through social media and registers/posts CV

– National Talent consultants will also contact some candidates directly to see they are interested in applying for the vacancy

 

Step #2 Pre-screening interview

One of the National Talent team will hold a pre-screening interview over the telephone to ascertain the candidates fit for the role and the organization applied for

If candidates are successful at this stage they will progress to a face to face intervie

Step #3 1st interview

– Conducted in our offices, this phase comprises of a competency based interview with one of our consultants, a psychometric test to understand attitude and personality, and a skills scan to test candidates relevant abilities for the job

– If candidates are successful at this stage they will join a small shortlist who will be forwarded onto our client for 2nd Interview

Step #4 Interview preparation and training

– A National Talent consultant will help our shortlisted candidates prepare for the client stage of the process with training given on interview techniques, presentations skills, supporting information & materials required

Step #5 Client interview

– Conducted by the client either in our offices or on their site. Candidates will be invited either for a final interview or receive feedback on offer or rejection from your dedicated consultant

Step #6 Job offer

– If preferred, a National Talent consultant will handle all aspects of the contract negotiation on the candidate’s behalf. In our experience, this usually results in our candidates receiving a much better employment offer than if they had negotiated terms themselves.
